Jorge Victor M. Sales is a recipient of a DOST scholarship through the Capacity Building Program in Science and Mathematics Education and completed his program in Doctor of Philosophy in Science Education-Physics at the De La Salle University-Manila through the said scholarship where he specialized on Quantum Mechanics and Statistical Mechanics. He had published and presented his research on professional learning communities, Physics education, metacognition, Just-in-Time Teaching, integration of IT in teaching, and teacher efficacy both internationally and locally and was once awarded in the prestigious IC4E conference in Tokyo, Japan for his research work. He is also a peer reviewer for the Scopus indexed International Journal of Information and Education Technology and Journal of Advances in Information Technology. In terms of information technology, he specializes in Python for Physics applications and robotics. Moreover, He is also currently affiliated with De La Salle University as an assistant researcher for the Department of Educational Leadership and Management under the Brother Andrew FSC College of Education. Locally, he is a collaborator with the Department of Information and Communication Technology-Region V working as a consultant and providing national training for the department. Currently, he is still teaching Physics like he did for the last 16 years for the public school in the island province of Catanduanes.

Graduated from St. Paul University Manila with a degree of Bachelor of Science major in Business Management. She have earned 33 Master's units and have completed academic requirements leading to a degree in Master's in Business Administration at the Catanduanes State University. A civil service eligible, licensed professional teacher, a holder of Trainers Methodology Level I in Bookkeeping and a holder of National Certificate III in Bookkeeping.

Nagtapos siya ng kursong Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education, Cum Laude sa Catanduanes State Colleges taong 1996. Sa kasalukuyan, nagtuturo siya ng asignaturang Pagbasa at Pagsusuri tungo sa Pananaliksik sa kanyang tinuturuang paaralan. Siya ay 27 taon na ng pagtuturo sa Catanduanes National High School. Siya ay may asawa at dalawang anak. Libangan nya ang pagkanta, pagsulat at pagguhit. 

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education, Cum Laude, from Catanduanes State Colleges in 1996. At present, she teaches the subject Reading and Analysis Towards Research at her school. She has been teaching at Catanduanes National High School for 27 years. She is married and has two0 children. In her free time, she enjoys singing, writing, and drawing.
