THE REVIEW PROCESS
Manuscript format (NOTE: DO NOT PUT YOUR NAME AND AFFILIATION IN THE MANUSCRIPT).
A manuscript must NOT exceed 3,000 words, excluding references.
3. A code of your submission will be emailed to you upon successful submission.
4. Upon initial review, you may receive the following responses:
Accepted: You may now proceed to the next stage of preparation (See the specific instructions for Panel or Poster Presentation).
Accepted with minor revisions: you need to clear the suggestions and comments of the reviewer and resubmit your paper. This is flagged due to, but not limited to, grammatical errors and the cohesiveness of the paper's discussion.
Accepted with major revisions: you need to clear the suggestions and comments of the reviewer and resubmit your paper. This is flagged due to, but not limited to, doubts about your methodology, presentation of your results, ethical issues, and ambiguity of your paper.
Rejected: Your paper does not fit the scope of the conference.
(NOTE 1: You are given two tries to get reviewed after receiving your first review result, otherwise your paper is rejected)
(NOTE 2: The conference only tolerates AI detection up to 20% while up to 15% for Plagiarism detection.).
5. Upon receiving an "Accepted" remark, proceed to the next section for Panel or Poster presenter.

PANEL PRESENTERS*
2. All presentations are public presentations.
3. Presenters must be at their room assignments 10 minutes before the schedule and ensure all technical testing has been done. It is also highly encouraged to conduct technical testing a day before the scheduled date.
3. Each presentation must not exceed 15 minutes, and a 10-minute panel discussion will follow. Thus, a total of 25 minutes per panel presentation is allocated. A room facilitator will be assigned in each room for supervision**.
*If you are aiming to apply for the Best Research and Innovation Award for graduation, YOU MUST do a panel presentation.
**Presenters who are not ready i.e. reading the slides and technical delays, is discouraged to continue, with the discretion of the room facilitator.

POSTER PRESENTERS***
2. Posters are set up in the assigned venue.
3. Poster presenters will provide their own standee (DIY or Purchased).
4. Poster MUST include Introduction, Methodology, Results and Discussion, and Recommendation. Any addition aside from this is optional.
5. There is no template on the style; however, the font size and font style should be readable.
6. Focus on figures and tables in designing your poster.
